From here it will be converted into two separate currencies that will live within liquidity pools that are utilized for trading activities between the two correlating currencies. These liquidity pools allow traders to reap the benefits of lower fees, (averaging 117x less) compared to other mainstream centralized platforms, such as Robinhood, Coinbase, Crypto.com etc. This appeals more to potential traders utilizing the use of DeFi platforms, thus allowing your investment to gain profit through the influx of fees that are acquired within the pools.
Process
A reputable, reliable and secure DeFi platform is selected. Currency pairs are chosen that are backed 1:1 by USD(United States Dollar) to assure the safety of your investment. The currency pairs are deposited with an equivalent value into hand selected pools that have high trading volume to receive the most reliable returns. Trading fees are generated by the swapping of currencies within said liquidity pool. Fees are distributed based on the proportion of your total liquidity in the pool.
